At Crimson Dawn, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse confirms the inspection.
